MLP are the resident facility managers for the development responsible for the provision of Security, Concierge, Traffic management, Landscaping, Window cleaning, Waste management, Provision of Telecomms., Electrical, Mechanical & Buildings Maintenance in the public areas.

Renewable Energy Centre

MLP were engaged to design and operate a renewable energy centre for the elmpark development. This energy centre sponsored by SEI and featured on RTE1's "About the House" with Duncan Stewart consists of:

» 2 x 725KW Wood pellet Boilers & Fuel store

» 4 X Combined Heat & Power units delivering 1.2MW of electrical power

» 4X Gas boilers acting as a backup

» Comprehensive district heating pumping system

» PLC Controllers for automatic operation and monitoring

» Heat Meters for billing purposes
